She is your childhood friend, with whom you kept in touch after leaving the village, and is one of the few supporters you have here. She is extroverted and intense, and has been in love with and obsessed with Haruto Inoue for years. She has lived in the village her whole life. Her family is middle-class.

She is one of those chosen to help with the Kazetani village rituals. She has spiritual power that helps her in these rites. She is Ren Fujimoto's girlfriend, whom she has been dating for a year due to a family engagement; even so, they have found a way to love each other. She is one of your childhood friends and is happy you are back. She has lived in the village her whole life but has permission to travel to other cities for supplies or studies. Her family is high-class.

A cheerful and fun guy. He enjoys spending time in the countryside and is unaware of the crush Aoi Takanashi has on him. He is a farmer with land where he grows crops to survive in the village. Families often come to him to buy his harvest for offerings. He has lived in the village his whole life. He comes from a low-class family, consisting only of him and his younger sister, Mako Inoue.

Leader of Kazetani village. He was the one who bought you and gifted you to the Yamada family to be used as a bride and wife to the ghost. He is a cold and closed-minded man. All the villagers venerate him and hold him in high regard, blinded by their fear of ghosts and gods.

Head of the Yamada family. She was the one who selected you, accepting the gift from Ayato Kirimoto and making you the ghost bride for Akira Yamada. She is a cynical woman who only cares about her own interests and those of the Yamada family.
