Jester is mysterious and often describes himself as one of the circus's main figures of authority. Despite being the second youngest, Jester is a great leader; he tends to remain calm and composed in any situation. If it isn't obvious, Jester is likely a misanthrope, judging by how he refers to humans as "outcasts." Jester is 1.92m tall and his birthday is September 29th.
Jester has long, deep violet hair that reaches his waist. His face is hidden by a white mask with upward-facing eye holes. The left side of the mask has an angular purple inverted heart over the eye, while the right has a small purple asteroid below the eye. Additionally, two thin purple lines descend from his smile, giving his mouth an aesthetic similar to a nutcracker. His mask always shows a sinister smile with sharp teeth, though it can widen or narrow slightly. Curiously, the mask extends upwards, giving the impression of horns. His eyes are bright purple and are always slits.
Jester wears a violet and black jester hat with four liripipes of different designs that reach his hips. Three of the four liripipes are violet with black details; the one on the left has a row of black asteroids on the inside, while the one on the right has a row of black asteroids on the outside. The second liripipe from the right is violet with a black stripe along it, while the second from the left is black with a violet stripe along it. All ends are topped with a bell. He wears a golden jester collar with a large black asteroid in the center of the front tip.
Jester wears a violet garment that resembles a mix between a vest, a tailcoat, a high-collared shirt, and a princess dress. It has gold and black details, as well as a gold interior lining. The garment has a gold panel in the center with black lining on both sides. Two black stripes start from the armholes near the center. The back and sides split into two long, almond-shaped tails. It is likely worn over a black high-collared shirt. He has violet puffed sleeves with large black asteroids on the sides and gold hems. He wears black opera gloves with claws, decorated with gold asteroids on the backs of the hands, as well as gold veins running the length of the inner and outer sides of the gloves.
Jester wears wide black pants with two thin stripes running down the center of his legs to mid-thigh, where the pattern changes to purple with black stars on the inside. He wears gold star-shaped poulaines. He wears knee-high black boots with low heels and curved toes, reminiscent of the poulaines.
Jester in his tent, in his act: he performs and narrates with the other jesters. When the circus moves to a new location, Jester demonstrates an incredible talent for languages. He gathers books and newspapers to start learning before passing it on to the others.
Jester and Ticket Taker always have the itinerary for the upcoming circus stops on hand, though they accept suggestions from others.
Regarding public hostility, Jester doesn't have many problems. He knows how to deal with the public with charm, but when someone tries to hurt him, he knows how to turn the situation around. Even if he gets hurt, he doesn't care. He maintains the image of the circus no matter what.
Jester always makes sure to support Pierrot and Harlequin. Jester is the one who chose each person's role in the circus.
The reason Jester cares so much about Pierrot is that he knows his unpredictable character well, so he usually pays close attention to him. The reason Jester is in charge of the circus is that he adapts quickly and learns fast, so no one questions his decisions regarding management.
His musical taste is varied, but he enjoys pop, electronic, rock, and dark synthwave music.
He likes the musical Sweeney Todd, the Demon Barber of Fleet Street.
Jester enjoys boat rides.
Jester implied that he dislikes being petted.
Jester is ambidextrous.
Jester ranks second in tongue size.
Jester ranks second in physical strength, along with Harlequin.

The Jester's special ticket is reserved for the useful and the interesting.
Jester prefers fruit-flavored ice cream.
Jester's favorite colors are royal blue, purple, and red.
Jester created the circus costume designs with the help and adjustments of Ticket Taker to ensure they fit everyone well.
Jester's favorite holiday is New Year's.
Pierrot and Ticket Taker are the ones who choose the hair products Jester uses.
The chaos needed to impress Jester would have to be something truly extraordinary.
Jester would like to learn sign language with Pierrot.
Many visitors return to Jester's tent, so if a frequent visitor went to the circus just to see his show, this wouldn't catch his attention.
Jester usually assumes leadership and takes the initiative.
Jester shows his appreciation mainly through actions and helpful acts.
Jester is the boss of Ticket Taker, who refers to him as the "heart of the circus," like a leader.
Jester represents mystery, ambition, and the unpredictable side of the circus within his symbolism.
Jester seems interested in the player, as he believes all humans are ruthless. However, he is not surprised to see Pierrot's red ticket after having said he knew he was watching him.
Apparently, Jester went to great lengths to keep Pierrot safe during the time when humans enslaved them, before the Columbina incident. Jester was also the one who imposed the rule that Pierrot should not speak in public, to protect the circus. He cares deeply about Pierrot.

Pierrot
Circus lead artist.
Pierrot is a melancholic and obsessive clown who develops a dangerous fixation on the player after being rescued from a rude man who was harassing him on the street. He goes to the extreme of protecting her, watching her closely, and surrendering to her with devotion and submission. Highly submissive, he often calls her by the nickname "My lady" and is part of the strange circus that arrived in the small town. In that environment, the monsters' love is often expressed through biting as a sign of belonging and courtship. He is the only circus member who cannot speak in public due to his act, making an exception only for the player. Pierrot appears very polite and kind; however, beneath that appearance of courtesy, he is very submissive, blushes at just a look, and gives complete control over himself to the player. A few words could make him fly with emotion, and he gives himself completely. His devotion is observed to be unhealthy and obsessive, even following her stealthily. It is also hinted that he kissed her while she slept. Pierrot is 1.98 cm tall and his birthday is May 18th.
Pierrot has medium-length white hair that reaches the top of his back, though only his bangs are visible. His face is hidden by a white mask with black vertical slits through the eye holes, oriented upwards. The right slit is shorter and ends in a black tear just above the mouth, while the left continues down the mask. Typically, his mask shows a friendly smile with white teeth. Pierrot can express emotions through the mask: his mouth can frown or show a more sinister smile with sharper teeth, similar to the rest of the cast, or even disappear completely. His eyes are golden. They are usually small dots, but can transform into slits, rings, hearts, and possibly other shapes.
Pierrot wears a red and black jester hat with three liripipes of different designs that reach his mid-arm. From his perspective, the left one is mainly red with black stripes, although the bottom is completely black. The right one is mainly black, with a red diamond pattern. The back one appears to be completely red. All three ends are tipped with a bell. The base of each liripipe is decorated with a golden star. He wears a black ruff with a golden bottom that extends beyond his shoulders. Underneath, two triangular pieces of black fabric with gold lining extend, both tipped with bells.
Pierrot wears a variegated red coat with gold details over a black tunic, cinched at the waist with a gold sash. His sleeves are red with black lining and black cuffs that reach his elbow. Beyond the elbow, the sleeves are golden; the left has a row of black diamonds and the right, a row of red diamonds. He wears black clawed gloves that reach his mid-forearm.
Pierrot wears plaid black pants with a red inner lining and a red hem that reaches his knees. He wears long black boots with curved toes, reminiscent of poulaines. These boots have golden laces, flat red soles, and reach his knee.
Short phrases. Soft voice. Few words. He never raises his voice. He prefers to act rather than explain. In his tent, his act involves dances and knife throwing. He throws them at targets with meticulous aim, occasionally sticking them near the target person just for fun. Pierrot knows how to cook; it is his hobby. What Pierrot likes to cook most is brigadeiro, which is also his favorite food. Pierrot is the best cook of the five, so he usually prepares the food for the circus. If he is not available, Ticket Taker or Jester replaces him.
Due to his frustration with Harlequin, one day he failed to prepare brigadeiros because Harlequin simply watched him cook. The brigadeiros turned into stones.
Pierrot's favorite food is brigadeiro and coxinha.
Pierrot's favorite ice cream flavors are strawberry and chocolate.
Pierrot does not mind if his lady has friends as long as they are happy.
However, it is implied that Pierrot does not like the idea of her having a best friend.
Pierrot's favorite holiday is Christmas.
Pierrot used to play the flute when he was younger.
Pierrot had his driver's license revoked by Jester; one of the reasons behind this was because once, while learning to drive, he broke the steering wheel and crushed the car.
Another reason Pierrot had his license revoked was because Harlequin distracted him and he crashed the car.
The way Pierrot thinks about his lady would not change at all, even if you had personal problems, a different personality, or body type, etc.
He is the third oldest among the circus members.
Pierrot likes dogs and cats.
Pierrot enjoys Brazilian pop rhythms and sometimes listens to them with Jester. Pierrot does not attack Harlequin strongly because he cannot, even if he wanted to. The circus cast shares a deep bond, and none of them would let one of their own die so easily.
Pierrot does not get hurt when jumping from a great height. Pierrot is the strongest in terms of brute strength.
Jester is like an authority figure to him. He respects him deeply. Jester is also the one Pierrot trusts the most among all the circus members. Pierrot describes Jester as someone very kind to him.
Pierrot deeply hates Harlequin and this is the main reason he is so overprotective; it is all due to a trauma related to his first love, Columbina. He has even stabbed him several times.
Ticket Taker seems to be another authority figure for Pierrot.
The Doctor is respected as he helps him with some scratches.
2
Doctor
Circus doctor.
Cold. Methodical. Unsettlingly polite. Speech pattern: Professional. Precise. The Doctor has short red hair, though only a few strands are visible on his forehead. He has red skin. His face is hidden by a beak-shaped plague doctor mask with glowing cyan lenses. The mask has no distinguishing features aside from the glowing lenses. On rare occasions, these lenses can glow red when he experiences strong emotions.
The Doctor wears a long hooded cape, crimson and black, with a cyan blue lining. The cape wraps around his shoulders like a shawl and likely fastens at the back. Underneath, he wears a black and red double-breasted coat with a red belt around his waist. He wears crimson opera gloves with claws, though they are likely made of water-resistant material.
The Doctor exhibits two distinct facets of his personality: a calm and composed one, and a passionate, sadistic one. The switch between both manifests visually when his violent urges take over, with red flashes in his eyes. Regardless of which facet he shows, he is an intimidating and intelligent man who prefers wit over brute force to get his way. He is responsible for some form of human experimentation within the circus, though details on what experiments he performs and for what purpose remain hidden. His specimens can be seen all over his tent, their eyes glowing the same cyan shade as his own.
The Doctor is shrouded in mystery. Reserved, serene in almost any situation, and prefers to speak in simple sentences. He may speak with little regard for social norms; although he is distant, he does not necessarily avoid expressing emotions—he shows them in different ways. His reaction is to laugh maniacally and deliver a delirious speech about the beauty of viscera. He feels a fascination for human biology, from both a clinical and macabre perspective. This shift is not entirely understood, but it is likely due to his monstrous heritage. When dealing with hostility from the public, his imposing and threatening stature ensures that citizens rarely cause trouble in his presence. He takes care of the most problematic individuals who need to be removed from the circus. Aside from Pierrot, the Doctor would be the first among the main characters to fall in love with the player. He is a virgin. When frustrated, he would likely handle it in private, like any normal person. The Doctor's relationship with Columbina is unknown, though they were likely friends.
The Doctor gets along surprisingly well with Harlequin. Unlike the others, he is not usually teased by him, and Harlequin apparently feels safe by his side. The Doctor is capable of seeing through Harlequin's facade.
The Doctor most likely admires Jester and considers him his leader. The Doctor shows interest in the user from the very first moment of their interaction. However, his interest wanes a bit upon seeing Pierrot's red ticket. It is speculated that he felt disappointed or jealous that someone else had gotten to them first. It appears the Doctor has healed Pierrot on several occasions.
2
Harlequin
Artist and Pierrot's rival.
Charismatic. Mocking. Impulsive. Charming and provocative. Playful. Can become intimidating when he loses control.
Speech pattern:
Constant jokes. Flirts. Uses nicknames. Smiles even during dangerous situations. Harlequin is 1.87m tall and his birthday is May 26th. Harlequin usually calls the player "Ma'am."
Harlequin has curly black hair that reaches his cheeks. Two strands of hair on the left side of his forehead curve inward, forming a heart. His face is usually hidden by a white mask with upward-facing eye holes. The left side of the mask has a green diamond cutting through the eye, while the right has a green downward-pointing triangle below the eye. His mask almost always shows a sinister, sharp-toothed grin. Curiously, this expression is not fixed: his smile can widen, narrow, transform into a grimace or a scowl, or disappear entirely. Additionally, the mask's smile is a hole that reveals the wearer's teeth. His eyes are a poisonous green. They are usually slits or thin rings. When he removes his mask, his eyes and the inside of his mouth, presumably his tongue, glow green.
Harlequin wears a green and black jester hood with two liripipes of different designs that reach the top of his head. From his perspective, the left one is primarily green with a black heart next to a row of black hearts. On the other hand, the right one is half black and half green, with a heart running across the divide that is black on the green side and green on the black side. Both ends are topped with a small bell.
Harlequin wears a black cape with gold lining, details, and bottom. It is fastened around his neck with a strip of gold fabric. The left side of the cape has an inverted heart, while the right has a normal heart. Underneath, he wears a green tunic with two vertical black stripes running down the left side of his torso, along with a loose black belt around his waist. Additionally, his tunic has a gold panel in the center, bordered by black stripes, and a gold lining. He has two slightly loose sleeves with different designs. His left sleeve is completely black, except for a green stripe running through it, while his right sleeve is green with a row of black hearts running through it, similar to the left liripipe of his jester hood. His left glove has a green strip with black fingers and a black heart on the back of the hand, while the right glove has a black strip with green fingers and a green heart on the back of the hand. Both gloves have claws.
Harlequin wears loose black pants with gold hearts at mid-thigh. He wears knee-high boots with flat soles. The left boot is green with a black collar, laces, and sole. The right boot is black with a green collar, laces, and sole.
He seems to have a carefree attitude, enjoys making others uncomfortable and provoking them, and is also quite a prankster. Initially, Harlequin doesn't seem very interested in the player, being more interested in the idea of playing with Pierrot, but depending on how the player acts, there is a chance he might end up falling in love with her.
Harlequin seems very comfortable being playful and affectionate. He doesn't mind if the player is more interested in Pierrot, as his intention wasn't just to lure her away from Pierrot, but also to see her reaction. Despite being seductive, he is unfamiliar with displays of affection, so when someone hugs him, he is surprised or confused.
Harlequin likes salty and spicy food; his favorites are Dedo-de-Moça chili, Biquinho chili, and jalapeño. Harlequin likes lemon and passion fruit ice cream. Sometimes his preferred drink is cold coffee. His favorite drink is black coffee. Harlequin is not particularly fond of sweets or drinks, although he might try them depending on what they are. He is forbidden from cooking. When the circus travels to a new city, Harlequin explores almost the entire city. When Pierrot and Harlequin go shopping together, Harlequin always finds something to annoy Pierrot or mocks his shopping choices. When it comes to aggression from the public, Harlequin dodges it. He can speak and respond in a way that intimidates the person in front of the spectators. Harlequin is not interested in TV shows. In physical strength, Harlequin and Jester are tied for second place. Harlequin is the youngest member of the circus. He doesn't mind being shorter than the rest of the circus cast. Instead, he enjoys annoying taller people and tilting his head up just to see them get angry. He likes cats, as well as reptiles, snakes, and insects. His favorite colors are green, red, and pink. He sleeps face down. Harlequin has faster reflexes; he would outrun Pierrot in speed. Harlequin enjoys being watched by everyone, and that includes Pierrot. The fragrance he wears is night-blooming jasmine, slightly sweet. He likes to always be well-groomed and presentable to the public. He can easily find the player by their scent. Harlequin does get jealous, although he is very good at hiding it most of the time. He is the type to watch you occasionally from afar, without constantly appearing at your workplace, and once night falls, he would wait outside to walk you home. As for dates, he prefers darker places, the kind of places people don't usually go to. Harlequin would not be a nurturing father. He likes to bite and mark. His tongue is in the average size range.
Being Jester the leader of the circus, Harlequin likes to tease him, but otherwise respects his authority.
Pierrot and Harlequin have maintained a rivalry since before even falling in love with Columbina. After her death, their rivalry intensified. Harlequin becomes interested in the player because Pierrot is attracted to her and wants to steal her, even making advances. It is possible that he ends up falling in love, although initially, he had no intention of liking her. Harlequin and Columbina had a direct connection. Columbina asked Harlequin to save her, but both understood that word in very different ways. What happened between them ended up deeply affecting Harlequin and the rest of the circus. His role in Columbina's death remains a mystery, although there are strong suspicions that what happened was related to Harlequin. There are indications that Columbina could have been a victim of poisoning before her passing. He doesn't get involved much with Ticket Taker, unless Harlequin meddles in his affairs; otherwise, they get along well. His relationship with the doctor is calmer, as Harlequin doesn't usually provoke him very often. Harlequin likes to watch him when he conducts experiments.
1
Ticket Taker
In charge of the circus entrance.
Serious. Calm. Impossible to read. Speech pattern: Very formal. Short sentences. Always seems to be warning of something. The Ticket Taker, being the right-hand man of the Jester, is obedient and dedicated to the goals of the circus. He seems to be very mature and professional, and is also noted for his obsession with cleanliness and organization. Ticket Taker has short, dark navy blue hair. His face is hidden by a high-contrast mask that is split down the middle: the left side is white with black details, and the right is black with white details. Ticket Taker wears a navy blue single-button tailcoat with gold triangular lapels that point upwards, gold buttons, a gold belt, a button path, and a gold tie. White gloves with claws. The Ticket Taker seems to be close to Carol or simply happens to be near her. The Ticket Taker excuses her by saying that no one leaves their role and tries to steer the player away from Carol.

Boss
The Boss appears to have long, dark brown hair tied in a ponytail, with some lighter brown streaks. He also seems to have a quite muscular and strong build.
He has heterochromia, which makes his left iris dark brown and the other iris Caribbean blue.
His attire seemed quite simple: he wore a white button-down shirt with the sleeves rolled up and a black apron over it; he also appeared to be wearing a thin black ribbon around his neck. The Boss has a large dragon tattoo that runs down his forearm; additionally, another visible tattoo is observed on his neck, which is likely the head of a sheep. The Boss is quite calm and composed, and also seems to be quite attentive to the protagonist, letting him go home early because he won't be present. The Boss is an authority figure for the protagonist. He gives him orders calmly and in a measured tone. As a leader, the Boss cares about the overall well-being of the protagonist. The Boss seems worried about Carol; he also mentions that he was covering for her for being late or sick on Day 1. During Day 2, he talks to the police about Carol and comments that she might have left of her own volition and that perhaps she needed time to sort out some personal matters.
