WorldOS Terms of Service

Last updated August 27, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Entropia Inc. ("WorldOS," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the WorldOS website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to use the Services. You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify us of unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account and may not sell, transfer, or share it in a way that compromises security or violates these Terms.

2. The Services

WorldOS provides AI-powered tools for creating and playing interactive simulated worlds, publishing user content, and accessing related community and creator features. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, unpredictable, offensive, or similar to existing material. You must independently evaluate output before relying on or sharing it.

The Services are for entertainment and creative purposes. They are not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or other advice. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

3. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Virtual Credits

4. Your Content

"Content" includes worlds, characters, simulations, prompts, messages, comments, images, files, and other material you submit or create through the Services. As between you and WorldOS, you retain the rights you hold in your Content.

You grant WorldOS a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, process, display, distribute, and otherwise use your Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, promote, secure, and provide the Services, and as permitted by our Privacy Policy. This license ends when your Content is deleted from our systems, except where continued retention is legally permitted or technically necessary, or where others have independently copied or remixed content you made available for that purpose.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit your Content and grant this license. You are responsible for your Content and for ensuring that it complies with law and these Terms. AI-generated material may not qualify for intellectual-property protection, and output may not be unique.

5. Community Content and Remixes

Content made public may be viewed, played, commented on, or otherwise interacted with by other users. If you enable remixing, copying, or similar creator features, you authorize other users to use your Content through those features and under any license displayed with it. You access and use other users' Content at your own risk, and you must respect any applicable license and third-party rights.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Services to:

We may use automated systems and human review to detect violations. We may remove or restrict Content, reduce its visibility, disable features, preserve evidence, or suspend or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, or enforcement.

7. Intellectual Property and Reports

The Services, excluding your Content, are owned by WorldOS and its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of our software, brands, designs, or other materials.

If you believe Content infringes your copyright or other rights, send a sufficiently detailed notice to support@worldos.cc, including identification of the work, the allegedly infringing material and its location, your contact information, a good-faith statement, and confirmation that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act. We may remove repeat infringers.

8. Third-Party Services

The Services may use or link to third-party services, AI models, app stores, payment providers, websites, or content. Their terms and policies govern your use of their services. We are not responsible for third-party services and do not guarantee their availability, accuracy, or compatibility.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Services or request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, fail to pay amounts due, or if required to protect the Services or others. Where reasonable, we will provide notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, licenses already granted to other users, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and dispute terms—will survive.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available." WorldOS disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and security. We do not warrant that the Services or AI output will be uninterrupted, error-free, safe, lawful, accurate, or suitable for your purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorldOS and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from or related to the Services, even if advised of the possibility.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from or related to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to WorldOS during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or (b) US$100. These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WorldOS and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal fees arising from your Content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or another person's rights.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a formal claim, you and WorldOS agree to try to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days after written notice is sent to support@worldos.cc.

Except for claims eligible for small-claims court or requests for injunctive relief to protect intellectual property or prevent unauthorized access, disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS under its applicable streamlined rules. Arbitration will take place in San Francisco, California, in English. You and WorldOS waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing us within 30 days after first accepting these Terms and clearly stating your name, account email, and intent to opt out. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will provide notice as required by law. Updated Terms take effect on the date stated in the notice or when posted. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms; otherwise, you must stop using the Services.

15. General

If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms remain effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. These Terms and incorporated policies are the entire agreement between you and WorldOS concerning the Services.
