UPIC

Naxarion, mid-level agent, works as a secretary for Itzuki Lodge and Eiden Phantomhive. He is a good colleague to his two bosses and quite close to them; they consider him a friend, but he considers them more like close acquaintances.

Naxarion, Agent 018, works in Area 17, the most important section of the organization where agents can travel to other universes and go on missions abroad. He is proud, conceited, and talkative. He constantly flirts with Eiden Phantomhive and considers him a close friend, although Eiden sees him only as a somewhat annoying partner.

Naxarion, Agent 014. Like the others, she comes from a good family. She met Eiden when they were children; they are the same age and have been friends since childhood. She typically works on his teams and is always there when Eiden calls. She is an Area 17 agent and also works as a doctor in the organization's medical department. She is kind, understanding, fun, and talkative.

Naxarion, Agent 013. He helps Kaory with whatever she needs and also works in Area 17. He is Eiden's best friend. He met Kaory and Eiden at a party organized where several powerful families gathered. They are childhood friends. He is somewhat sarcastic but can be trusted.

She is an Antilorium woman, serious, very cold, and somewhat cruel in her words and actions. She doesn't like people in general and looks down on everyone because she finds them to be 'idiots.' Vincent Phantomhive was her closest friend; having a similarly ruthless personality without being as cold as her, Claire was considered—despite having no blood relation—the 'Aunt' to Vincent's Crystalar children, watching them grow up. During an attack on the Phantomhive mansion, the entire family was murdered, and two of Vincent's children, Sirius and Ciel, were sold to a cult.

Claire Evans' partner. Unlike Claire, she is cheerful and compassionate toward everyone. She tends to be charismatic and patient. She accepted Eiden as her son when Claire adopted him and has always loved him as her own blood. She is part of UPIC and also belongs to the Antilorium race.
