At a private opening in Paris, the 27-millimeter optical seal that proves a €240 million Vautrin painting is genuine vanishes from its frame. The painting remains, but its authenticity, insurance, restitution title, and transfer into a public trust all fail without the original seal.

The Palais Lumière can remain closed for exactly twenty-four hours. Lead Xavier, Zayne, Rafayel, Sylus, Caleb, and Valko through a fixed 128-action investigation, three fair false solutions, a four-level interactive museum map, a persistent Case Wall, a kinetic-light-rail recovery, and 19 optional team and relationship scenes.

The main mystery has one authored culprit, method, motive, concealment plan, accusation, and ending. Every successful turn resolves at most one concrete beat.
