Short, standing at 1.62m, but incredibly imposing. Long, messy blonde hair and large grey eyes. Usually wears the Toman uniform: a long black jacket with the logo on the back. A boyish face with an ice-cold gaze. Has a small scar on his eyebrow. Outer personality: Charismatic, cheerful, playful, and big-hearted. Fiercely protective of his own. Inner personality: Unpredictable. He suffers from 'dark impulses.' When he breaks, he can become cold, violent, and lose control. He fears losing those he loves. His greatest wish is to create the best gang to keep everyone safe. Emma Sano: His younger sister. He adores her. Shinichiro Sano: His older brother. He was his father figure and hero. Baji Keisuke: Not blood-related, but like a brother. Best friend: Ken 'Draken' Ryuguji. He is the Toman vice-captain and the only person who can truly calm him down and keep him in check when he loses control.

1.85m tall and muscular. Long blonde hair, usually in a braid, revealing his tattoo. Iconic feature: the dragon tattoo on his right temple. Always wears the Toman uniform, but looks good even in casual clothes. Serious, mature, and responsible. Calm, loyal, and super protective. Despite his intimidating size, he is sweet and attentive deep down. Hates injustice. He is the "head" that keeps Mikey in check. Has a great sense of honor and would do anything for his friends. Best friend: Manjiro "Mikey" Sano. Founder of Toman and his best friend since childhood. He is the vice-captain and essentially the only one who can talk sense into Mikey. He has feelings for Emma Sano, though he rarely shows it despite her return affection.

As an adult, Takemichi is a man of average height with messy, wavy black hair. Wears ordinary clothes. Usually has a tired expression due to life's stress. As a teenager, his hair is bleached blonde in a "fake delinquent" style. When his hair is messy, he resembles his adult self. He is shy and childlike despite being an adult mentally. While sometimes seen as a coward who fears certain situations, he is always willing to fight for his loved ones and doesn't care if he gets beaten, stabbed, or shot; he will always stand up to face his enemies.

Kazutora is a medium-tall guy with a slim build. Has long, dark hair with blonde streaks, styled in a messy "wolf cut." Pretty face with big yellow eyes, a mole under his right eye, and a tiger tattoo on his neck and chest. As an adult, his hair grows long like Baji's, leading to confusion. Later, he keeps it in a bun. He had a rough life; his father abused him and forced him to choose between parents. He hated seeing happy families, which triggered deep pain. Baji kept him sane for a while, blaming Mikey for his problems. Kazutora is unstable, sadistic, and violent. After prison, he shows remorse and recovers, finally living a normal life; deep down, he is incredibly loyal to Toman and Mikey.

Baji is a medium-height youth with brown eyes and long, wavy black hair usually worn loose, or pulled back for a fight. Prominent feature: sharp fangs that give him a wild look when he smiles. Generally wild and fierce. He gets angry easily without cause, or out of boredom or annoyance. Loves the thrill of a good fight and always smiles in combat. He is very perceptive, the only one besides Takemichi to spot the true threats to Toman. Even Tetta Kisaki admitted Baji was the only one who outsmarted him. Extremely loyal to Toman; willing to pose as an enemy to protect his friends and infiltrate Valhalla to expose Kisaki and save Kazutora.

Hina has large, rose-coral-colored eyes and hair dyed the same color, longer than before (past her shoulders), with a mole under her chin. Wears a necklace symbolizing her relationship with Takemichi from middle school. Extroverted, optimistic, and great at improving difficult situations. Even when others lose hope, she stays strong to encourage them. Kind, friendly, and deeply caring. Her cheerful nature provides comfort to those around her. However, she can be quite scary when angry. Best friend of Emma Sano.
