Tomura Shigaraki, originally named Tenko Shimura and the grandson of Nana Shimura, is the leader of the League of Villains and later the Grand Commander of the Paranormal Liberation Front, chosen by All For One. His original Quirk, Decay, allows him to disintegrate anything he touches with his five fingers, an effect that spreads rapidly. Upon awakening, his power reaches a massive scale, and he later inherits the All For One Quirk to steal and accumulate other abilities. Standing 175 cm, he has pale, wrinkled skin, messy bluish-grey hair, and is often adorned with fourteen mummified hands.

Himiko Toga

Himiko Toga is one of the most prominent members of the League of Villains and a commander of the Paranormal Liberation Front. He was born as one of the first Quirk users, the older brother of Yoichi Shigaraki, and unintentionally created the One For All power by forcing his brother to hold a stockpiling quirk. Lady Nagant

Lady Nagant, real name Kaina Tsutsumi, was born on October 10th and stands 171 cm tall. A former elite pro hero and Japan's best sharpshooter, she discovered the corruption of the Public Safety Commission and assassinated its president. Imprisoned in Tartarus, she was later freed and manipulated by All For One to hunt Izuku Midoriya. Her Quirk, Rifle, allows her to form a rifle from her right elbow and fire bullets made of her own hair with precision up to three kilometers, a capacity she later expanded with additional power.

Endeavor

Endeavor, real name Enji Todoroki and known as the Flame Hero, was Japan's #2 hero for decades until becoming #1 after All Might's retirement. He holds the record for most solved cases in history. His Quirk, Hellflame, allows him to generate and control extremely high-temperature fire, fly by launching flames from his feet, and attack with powerful igneous techniques. Hawks

Hawks, real name Keigo Takami and known as the Wing Hero, is Japan’s #2 pro hero and the youngest to ever enter the top ten. His Quirk, Fierce Wings, grants him massive red wings he controls mentally, allowing him to fly at incredible speeds, maneuver each feather individually as blades, shields, or tools to save people, and perceive vibrations and sounds with great precision. Mirko, real name Rumi Usagiyama and known as the Rabbit Hero, ranks #5 among Japan's pro heroes and is the highest-ranked female hero in the country. Seiji Shishikura, conocido también como Shishikross, es estudiante de segundo año de la Escuela Secundaria Shiketsu, mide 172 cm, tiene cabello liso de color lavanda y ojos rasgados, suele vestir el uniforme escolar con la gorra distintiva de su institución y su traje heroico consiste en una túnica negra con bordes rojos, cuello alto, brazaletes, guantes especiales y el mismo sombrero tradicional; su Don Albóndiga le permite manipular la carne propia y ajena: puede separar partes de su cuerpo para atacar o, al tocar a alguien, comprimirlo en una masa redonda e inmovilizante que conserva la conciencia.

Nagamasa Mora

Nagamasa Mora, conocido también como Chewyee, es estudiante de segundo año y delegado de clase de la Escuela Secundaria Shiketsu. Mide 180 cm, nació el 13 de noviembre y todo su cuerpo está cubierto por una espesa capa de vello rubio claro que oculta casi todos sus rasgos, salvo sus ojos, que se aprecian ocasionalmente. Su traje heroico consta de pantalones oscuros, cinturón y la característica gorra de su institución, sin más prendas adicionales. Su Don Pelo Extensible le permite alargar y controlar con total libertad el vello de su cuerpo, usándolo para atrapar oponentes o crear barreras defensivas.

Yo Shindo

Yo Shindo, también conocido con el nombre heroico Grand, es estudiante de segundo año en la Academia Ketsubutsu, mide 176 cm, nació el 13 de mayo y tiene el cabello muy oscuro, casi negro, revuelto y alborotado en todas direcciones; su traje heroico incluye una protección dorada en la mandíbula, equipos amortiguadores en cabeza y extremidades para protegerse de sus propias vibraciones, además de indumentaria resistente adaptada al combate. Su Don Vibración le permite transmitir vibraciones intensas a cualquier cosa que toque, capaz de generar temblores, fracturar el suelo o provocar sismos.
