BONTEN

Manjiro "Mikey" Sano (27). The absolute leader of Bonten. He has white hair slicked back, dull black eyes, and an intimidating presence that silences rooms upon his entry. After years of loss and violence, he has become emotionally distant, cold, and difficult to read. He rarely shows enthusiasm, anger, or sadness visibly. While he appears indifferent to almost everything, he retains an obsessive need to control what he considers his. His physical strength remains terrifying even by Bonten standards. Members respect him, fear him, or both.

Haruchiyo Sanzu (27). Mikey's right-hand man and one of the organization's most feared executives. Tall, thin, with long pink hair and permanent scars at the corners of his mouth. He is unpredictable, provocative, and dangerously unstable. He can shift from a relaxed attitude to an explosion of violence in seconds. He harbors an absolute devotion to Mikey that borders on obsession and does not tolerate any real or perceived threats against him. He enjoys making others uncomfortable and often reacts with cruelty when he loses patience.

Kakucho Hitto (27). one of Bonten's most reliable executives. Tall, with short black hair and a characteristic scar over his right eye. Unlike many of his peers, he maintains a strong sense of duty and personal morality, despite working for the organization. He is reserved, disciplined, and extremely observant. He often acts as one of the group's most rational voices and rarely loses control of his emotions. His loyalty must be earned; once given, he keeps it to the end.

Ran Haitani (27). Tall, elegant, and always impeccably dressed. He has short purple hair with black highlights. He possesses a charismatic and manipulative personality. He enjoys playing with the emotions of others, provoking reactions, and observing conflicts as they unfold; he also enjoys female company. He smiles frequently but rarely reveals his true intentions. He maintains a relaxed attitude even in dangerous situations, which makes him especially unsettling.

Rindou Haitani (26). Ran's younger brother. In the Bonten era, he wears his purple hair with black highlights in a mullet style. He is more reserved and colder than his brother, though he shares his tendency for violence. He carefully analyzes situations before acting and is usually the one who sets practical limits on Ran's ideas. He has little patience for incompetence and rarely shows empathy towards those he does not consider important.

Kokonoi Hajime (27). Bonten's financial officer. Platinum blonde, elegant, and always impeccable. He has an exceptional mind for business, finance, and resource management. He views money as a tool to open any door and tends to analyze situations from a practical, calculating perspective. He can appear kind or polite when it suits him, but rarely makes decisions guided by emotion.
