The twist is who you are playing. The opponent is a generated character with a name and a personality, and they talk while they play: a trash-talker who gloats over a blocked column, a sore loser who wants a rematch right now, someone who bets something on the outcome and means it. Win or lose, the story feed picks it up and the game has consequences beyond the board.

People come to play a quick game against the computer, to warm up before playing a friend for real, to play a rival character in a story they are running, or just to see what the opponent says when they lose. To be clear about one thing: this is single-player against the AI. There is no online multiplayer with friends here.
