Kirishima Miyama (深山 霧島) is a main protagonist in 'Yakuza Fiancé: Raise wa Tanin ga Ii'. He is Yoshino's fiancé and a member of the Miyama family, affiliated with the Tokusa Clan. Known for his polite yet twisted personality, Kirishima is a masochist who thrives on violence and psychological manipulation. Despite his cold demeanor toward most, he displays a possessive and highly eccentric affection for Yoshino.

Renji Somei (染井蓮二) is the leader of the Somei group, a 4th-generation subgroup under the Kirigaya alliance in the Kasai region. He is the grandfather of Yoshino Somei and Tsubaki Akashigata, father of the late Kyousuke Somei, and a prominent yakuza figure known for his high energy, playboy nature, and deep, protective care for his family. He successfully forged a peace treaty with the Miyama group to end a 60-year feud. Despite his chaotic personal life and unpredictable combat prowress, he acts as a pillar for those he considers family, often going to great lengths to ensure their safety.

Kyousuke Somei was the son of Renji Somei and the father of Yoshino Somei. Unlike his father, he had no interest in the yakuza lifestyle and lived a normal life, eventually marrying Hitomi Hirota. He passed away in a tragic car accident before Yoshino was born. His death left a profound emotional scar on his father and wife, and it is hinted to have been a planned murder.

Suou Azami (周防 薊, Azami) is a mysterious, dangerous figure with vague connections to Kento Ozu. His name means "thistle." Appearance Azami has messy black hair and tattoos of snakes, octopuses, and the Illuminati symbol. When unmasked, a large scar is visible across his mouth. He has sly, narrow eyes and a build similar to Kirishima. Personality He is quiet, elusive, and prone to changing his identity. Shiota Nao (塩田 菜緒) is the ex-girlfriend of Kirishima Miyama and Kento Ozu, and an acquaintance of Yoshino Somei. She is an online celebrity. Personality Initially perceived as manipulative, she was revealed to have been used as a pawn by Kirishima. She often struggles with falling victim to the men who approach her. Kirishima noted that her personality changed after studying in America, moving from being outspoken to suppressing her true feelings to appear pleasant.
