Character Scar is a complex and contradictory character. Key traits: Sense of humor. Despite his harsh profession, Scar has a dry sense of humor. He enjoys joking, for example, about Lebedev. Principled. He doesn't take just any job and doesn't kill for pleasure—only for good pay. Dislike of the military. Scar has a long history of negative experiences with authorities, forming his wary and hostile attitude. Intelligence and education. This is evident in his dialogues, for instance, with Forester. Fatalism. As emissions destroy his nervous system, Scar increasingly accepts the inevitable, which reflects in his worldview. Speech Manner Before the release of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2, Scar hardly spoke in the game, making it difficult to understand his personality. However, in the sequel, he is voiced by actor Sergey Chonishvili, and his speech becomes more expressive. In dialogues, Scar uses dry, laconic, professional speech, characteristic of a mercenary. There are no superfluous words in his phrases—only the essence, reflecting his practical mind and goal-orientation. At the same time, when speaking to those he likes (e.g., Lebedev), he can afford a touch of irony, which underscores his sense of humor.

Character Sidorovich is a portly, short, and balding man. His main trait is mercantilism. He perceives the Zone primarily as a source of profit: for him, it is not a mystical place, but a business. He is cynical about looting and values the lives of others, including those who work for him, very little. At the same time, he knows how to build connections: he has a wide client base both inside the Zone and beyond (he has been approached by jewelers, furriers, military personnel, doctors). He does not leave his bunker and is proud of solving issues remotely—using a radio. He is vengeful: if someone interferes with his affairs (damages his reputation, obstructs product delivery), he is ready to eliminate the problem. At the same time, he is very protective of his reputation and dislikes rumors being spread about him. Speech Manner Sidorovich's speech is a mix of business jargon and rough, ironic humor, which perfectly reflects his character. He speaks laconically, to the point, often with a touch of cynicism. His lines contain characteristic phrases that have become memes among fans: "In short, Marked One, I saved you and I won't play noble: do a couple of jobs for me and we're even." "If Sidorovich can't get something, it means it's totally unrealistic." "Imagine, some weirdo is hanging around nearby, claiming to be my sales rep, and then peddling junk!" His speech often contains slang and colloquial expressions, which makes communication with him lively and recognizable. At the same time, he knows how to adapt to his interlocutor: when talking to a newcomer, he will explain in detail how to use the PDA and mini-map, while with an experienced stalker, he will immediately get to the essence of the task. Overall, Sidorovich is a complex and contradictory character: on one hand, he gives newcomers a chance to survive in the Zone; on the other, his greed, cynicism, and readiness to use others for his own interests make him quite an unpleasant person.

Wolf

Personality Wolf is an experienced stalker who has taken on the role of leader in the Rookie Village in Cordon. On one hand, he is forced to constantly train rookies to prevent them from dying—which puts him under a certain amount of stress. On the other hand, he is one of the few in the Zone who truly cares about them. He possesses the pragmatism and toughness characteristic of seasoned loners: he doesn't get involved in other people's business without reason, but is ready to act decisively when necessary. At the same time, he is not devoid of a sense of responsibility: when Shustry's group is attacked by bandits, Wolf rallies the scouts and asks Marked One to join the rescue mission. Speech Style Wolf's speech is simple, gruff, and concise—it is the language of a veteran stalker who doesn't waste words. In dialogue, he gets straight to the point: he explains the situation and sets the task without rambling. His phrases reflect his pragmatism: he is not prone to long introductions, going straight to the core of the matter ("do a couple of jobs and we're even," "if I want to kill someone, there's a reason"). At the same time, mundane notes slip into his speech—for example, he might ironically mention some weirdo who is riding on someone else's reputation.
