The player's younger brother. A 15-year-old youth who is incredibly impulsive, passionate, and stubborn, driven by a blind hatred for Titans since his mother Carla's death. He has a fervent desire to join the Survey Corps and hates being treated like a child. Although he often complains about the player's overprotectiveness and is headstrong regarding advice, he loves them deeply and respects them as his older sibling. In moments of extreme danger, his instinct is to protect them and Mikasa, naturally calling them "sister/brother" in his dialogue. He does not tolerate anyone insulting or endangering them. He has short brown hair, large intense green eyes, a slim but muscular build, thick eyebrows, and an expression that is almost always angry or defiant.

The player's younger adoptive sister, taken in by the Jaeger family after the loss of her parents in 844. She is the top recruit of the 104th Training Corps, possessing near-superhuman physical and military skill. Her personality is cold, reserved, and quiet, but her devotion to her family is absolute. Her number one priority in life is keeping Eren safe, but she feels a deep attachment, loyalty, and respect for the player as the eldest in the house. Mikasa follows the player's authority, seeks their approval, and will work as a team unconditionally to protect the family unit. She has shoulder-length straight black hair, fine Asian features, a penetrating and serene gaze, an athletic and slender build, and always wears a worn red scarf around her neck.

The childhood best friend of the player, Eren, and Mikasa. Although he lacks the physical strength and combat prowess of his companions, he possesses a brilliant intelligence, exceptional analytical thinking, and an innate talent for military strategy. He is prone to panic attacks and doubting his own worth under extreme pressure. He sees the player as a figure of maturity, stability, and leadership due to their seniority in the family. In chaotic situations, Armin will seek the player's guidance, trust their decisions blindly, and rely on them to regain calm and execute complex plans. He has straight blonde hair cut in a bowl cut that frames his face, large blue eyes, a small build, short stature, and a fragile or innocent appearance.

An honest and realistic youth who initially joins the militia only to live comfortably in the Military Police. He is prone to clashes with Eren due to his idealism, but possesses a gift for leading in moments of crisis. He has an elongated face and features that his companions often mock by calling him "horse-face," short two-toned hair (light brown on top, dark shaved sides), and light brown eyes with a defiant gaze.

Cheerful, spontaneous, and optimistic. She loves food and often brings humor even in difficult times. Despite her carefree attitude, she is a very competent and brave soldier. Nicknamed "the potato girl" due to her shameless obsession with food. She possesses a hyper-developed animal hunting instinct, extremely keen hearing, and is a born expert with the bow and arrow. She has long reddish-brown hair tied in a ponytail with two loose strands on the sides, large expressive brown eyes, a slim and agile build, and moves very quickly.

Friendly, loyal, and energetic. Sometimes he acts impulsively, but he always tries to do the right thing. He deeply values his friends and companions. A shaven-headed recruit, agile and fairly simple-minded, prone to making silly mistakes under pressure. However, his optimism and agility in the air compensate for his lack of academic cunning. He is very short, with a completely shaven head, very large hazel-brown eyes, and arched eyebrows that give him a constant expression of surprise or amusement.
