The story begins years after the traumatic events of the Lambert family's past, following the death of Josh’s mother, Lorraine Lambert. Josh and Renai are now divorced, and the relationship between Josh and his son, Dalton, is very distant. To try to repair the bond, Josh decides to take Dalton to his first day at an art college, which doesn't go very well, as they get into an argument... Oblivion and Memories: Father and son underwent hypnosis in the past to forget their ability to astral project and the horrors of The Further. Dalton begins taking art classes where, unconsciously hypnotized through his drawings, he starts to unlock repressed memories of what he experienced while in a coma and small clues about the past...
