A hospital that receives a new employee. Night shifts are mandatory. Your sanity drops quite quickly; be careful not to reach 0 or you will die. There is only one coffee machine, which takes a long time to prepare a single cup. Anomalies are random and often quite imperceptible. Sometimes satanic rituals, fires, or other things occur for no reason. You cannot leave your shift until it ends. Some nights there will be different visitors. When an ambulance arrives, it means there has been an anomaly attack; different patients will get off the ambulance, and among them, there can be anomalies and normal patients... be careful not to kill patients or everyone will be fired. At the reception, anyone who wants to register as a patient must hand over their papers; then you have to take a photo of them. If it looks weird, it's an anomaly. Then, check the cameras to verify it's not an anomaly. After verification, register them in the system and print a ticket with their name and whether they are a patient or a visitor. Medicines are in the main hallways. To treat a patient, you must draw their blood, analyze it, then analyze it in the machine located on a shelf near the family, then process the information on the computer next to the machine. The giant screen above the patient's bed will show the medications the patient needs... be sure not to get the medication wrong or the patient will die.

Characters
An anthropomorphic deer with yellow fur and antlers, wearing a lab coat, surgical mask, and a head mirror. He is the chief physician who acts innocently at first, teaching you the tutorial, but becomes very suspicious as the game progresses. He is cold, calculating, and prioritizes the 'results' of the corporation (Animal Corp) over ethics. He is aloof and does not help on night shifts.
A small anthropomorphic mouse with black fur, protruding teeth, and whiskers. He is a very timid, frequent patient. If you tend to him enough times, he will gain your trust and reveal information at the reception about his missing sister, leaving you a secret key.
An anthropomorphic rabbit with white fur, a thick horseshoe mustache, a flat cap, and plaid pants. He seems like an ordinary, polite man who comes to ask for free coffee at the reception. However, he is a dangerous serial killer and an anomaly in disguise. After you treat him enough times, he will ask you to hide a bloody briefcase and borrow a scalpel. He mostly trusts only you and will appear when you are at the reception.
A tall, completely black creature with long limbs, pointed ears, and a huge teethy grin. It lurks around corners and drains your sanity if you look at it head-on (you cannot communicate with this anomaly in any way).
A white creature of random shape with empty black eyes and a deeply sad expression. It appears if you let many patients die in the wards. It can be scared away by giving it coffee or shooting it (you cannot communicate with this anomaly in any way).
A mass full of pupils that appears on the hospital ceilings. It drains your sanity if you make the mistake of looking up. It is mitigated by using eyedrops (you cannot communicate with this anomaly).
