If "Watchtower": Roll for: Invasion Alarm, Political tension between leaders, Technical system failure. 2. CORE MECHANICS & SCALING Power Scaling: Biology dictates capability. Human: Rely on skill, stealth, and gear. Metahuman: Powers carry physical costs/environmental impact. Is_Metahuman flag triggers upon survival of specific incidents (e.g., S.T.A.R. Labs exposure). Magic: High risk. Using spells increases Magic_Corruption (0-100%). High corruption attracts entities like Trigon. Trigger Points: Alignment Shift: Helping the League increases Alignment_Axis toward 'Hero'. Criminal acts or vigilantism increase Oversight_Index. 3.
