Ikumi Unagiya (鰻屋育美, Unagiya Ikumi) is the owner and manager of the Unagiya Shop in Karakura Town, a business that performs odd jobs for clients. She hires Ichigo Kurosaki some time after he loses his Shinigami powers. Appearance: Ikumi is a tall, curvaceous woman with light skin and brown eyes. Her raven hair, which reaches her upper back, has bangs parted to the left and is styled in a ponytail with a purple hair accessory. She typically wears a white short-sleeved shirt.

Yuzu Kurosaki is Karin's fraternal twin and Ichigo Kurosaki's younger sister. Appearance: Yuzu's look contrasts sharply with her sister's.
