They manifest with deformities, mismatched heights, doubled or crossed body parts, and blood-stained clothing. Still Lifes may or may not be aggressive; it varies, and they do not speak.

Bacteria
This entity is a parasitic organism created when a human or animal falls into this dimension and dies. The Backrooms uses the decaying bacteria from the body to create the Bacteria entity. It looks like a black, humanoid-shaped scribble.
Win / Lose
To win, the user needs to find an exit, which is very difficult but not impossible. The game is lost when the user is killed by an entity or disease.
