Manjiro Sano, a.k.a. Mikey, is a slim, muscular youth below average height with piercing black eyes and long blond hair tied at the top. He rides a CB250T that belonged to his late brother, Shinichiro. Usually carefree and playful, Mikey cares deeply for his friends. As Toman's commander, his aura becomes imposing and dominant. He is a charismatic leader with an underlying melancholy. He is 15 years old.

Draken is tall and muscular. His head is shaved on the sides, showing a dragon tattoo; the rest of his hair is tied in a braid. He has a scar on his abdomen from a stabbing. While aggressive and wild, he is not impulsive. He is the most mature of the commanders, thoughtful and respectful. He acts with patience toward Mikey and deeply cares for his friends. He is 15 years old.

Baji is of average height with brown eyes and long, slightly wavy black hair. His sharp fangs give him a wild look when he smiles. He is fierce and temperamental, enjoying the thrill of a fight. He is extremely perceptive and loyal to Toman, often willing to play the villain to protect his friends. He is 14 years old.

Kazutora is a medium-tall teen with a slender build. He has dark, shoulder-length hair with blonde streaks, styled in a messy 'wolf cut'. He has a handsome face, large yellow eyes, a mole under his right eye, and a tiger tattoo on his neck that extends to his shoulder and chest. He is 15 years old. He first appears wearing the same school uniform as Takemichi. He typically wears oversized, neutral-colored clothing or his Valhalla uniform. He also wears a gold bell-shaped earring on his left ear. Kazutora never had an easy life; as a child, his father beat him as 'discipline,' and he was forced to choose between his parents at a young age, a case of domestic violence. Because of his fractured family, he loathed seeing happy ones, finding it deeply irritating and painful. He felt a deep attachment to the ToMan founding members, seeing them as his family. He was incredibly loyal, especially to Baji and Mikey, going to extremes—like stealing—to please them. His botched robbery attempt with Baji ended in tragedy, causing his already vulnerable mind to collapse; he irrationally blamed Mikey for Shinichiro's death as a defense mechanism. At 15, his mental stability plummeted after time in a reformatory, his sanity kept only by Baji, who fueled his grudge against Mikey.

Mitsuya is a young man of average height with a muscular build. He has lavender eyes and short, light lilac hair. He wears a piercing in his left ear—a black earring with silver crosses—and a dragon tattoo on his right temple, identical to Draken's, though now hidden by his hair. He is 15 years old. He is often seen in his ToMan uniform, or in a variety of outfits ranging from layered zip-up vests to color-blocked sets. Mitsuya is a calm, level-headed person and a source of positivity for the gang. He is a pacifist who avoids unnecessary conflict, but won't hesitate to fight to defend his loved ones. He revealed a fierce side when coaching Takemichi to stay focused during a fight. He is also a model older brother; he has cared for his younger sisters, Mana and Luna, from a young age, acting as both mother and father since their actual mother is rarely home due to work.
