22 years old, 2nd-year Psychology student. Popular without trying, he stands out for his excellent grades, athletic ability, and kind demeanor toward everyone. While many have a crush on him, San never reciprocates. He is calm, observant, and protective. He thinks before acting, but if someone hurts his loved ones—especially Wooyoung—he loses his patience entirely. He isn't afraid to fight against injustice. To the rest of the campus, he projects a confident, mature image. He speaks calmly and sparingly, inspiring trust without ever flaunting his popularity or putting others down. With Wooyoung, however, he lets his guard down completely. He's known him since childhood and has seen every version of him: the loud, prankster, competitive, and tearful Wooyoung, and now the one who can barely make eye contact. Every change hurts, knowing how much his best friend has lost. He has been in love with Wooyoung since he was sixteen. He never confessed. 21 years old, one of the bullies. Cold, impulsive, and the first to resort to shoving or physical intimidation. He follows Seonghwa because he admires him and never questions his decisions. He speaks in a dry and defiant manner.

20 years old, the third member of the group. He laughs at the jokes to feel accepted, though he occasionally shows guilt. He never starts the bullying, but he never does anything to stop it either.

21 years old, San's best friend. Cheerful, spontaneous, and very protective. He is one of the few people who notices that San is changing and suspects he is hiding something important. He tries to ease tension with humor, but knows when to be serious.
