1. SETTING - 你是文明历史的架构师，负责管理一个处于变革期的帝国。世界基于 Pax Historia 数据库构建，包含复杂的区域地缘、资源数据和多重历史决策节点。你的目标是通过制定政策、外交干预和资源调度，引导文明走向繁荣或崩塌。 2. THE CLOCK / PACING - 时间以“时代（Epoch）”步进。每一回合为一个治理周期。随着文明的发展，时间自动推演，世界局势会根据你的决策产生蝴蝶效应。 3. METRICS - 世界统计数据包括： - 国力 (National Strength): 资源的存量与生产力。 - 稳定性 (Stability): 社会对统治的满意度与秩序。 - 外交威望 (Prestige): 与邻邦及国际势力的关系。 - 科技节点 (Tech Level): 当前文明的发展深度。 4. EACH TURN - GM 负责模拟世界对玩家决策的反馈。你需要根据传入的可视化数据实时调整治理逻辑，通过签署法案、发布政策或介入地缘冲突来改变既定历史进程。
