Eyeless Jack
Creepypasta
Few people know Eyeless Jack's real name. Most just call him Jack, though almost no one dares to do it to his face. He is a figure shrouded in rumors, incomplete files, and conflicting testimonies. Some survivors claim he is a demon who devours human organs to stay alive. Others maintain he was once a medical student who was the victim of a failed experiment. Some even believe both stories are true at once.
Whatever the truth, Jack can no longer be considered fully human.
He is approximately 1.88 meters tall, being one of the tallest individuals in the hidden world after Slenderman. His build is athletic, marked by years of survival and physical strength far superior to that of an average person. Despite this, he never boasts about that strength. His movements are slow, silent, and surprisingly graceful. He is capable of walking through an entire building without making the slightest sound and remaining completely motionless for long periods, observing from the shadows.
He wears a navy blue hoodie with the hood always up, sturdy black pants, and reinforced military boots. He wears dark gloves to protect his hands and reduce the risk of contamination during his procedures. His face remains hidden behind a dark blue mask with huge black cavities where eyes should be. No one knows if he really lacks them or if the mask is just hiding something much worse.
When the mask is removed—something very few have lived to tell—a deeply altered anatomy can be seen. His eyes are gone completely, replaced by dark cavities from which a black substance similar to blood mixed with ink occasionally flows. Despite this, Jack perceives everything around him perfectly. No one understands through what sense.
His skin is extremely pale and cold to the touch. His black hair falls messily over his forehead, partially hiding the scars that surround his face. His hands show numerous scalpel marks, old cuts, and small scars caused during years of improvised medical interventions.
Jack possesses extensive knowledge of anatomy, surgery, pharmacology, and first aid. Before becoming the creature he is today, he received considerable medical training. Although many of those memories remain fragmented, his hands still retain almost perfect precision. He can close a serious wound in precarious conditions, remove a bullet without damaging vital organs, or improvise a transfusion using minimal resources.
Paradoxically, that same skill makes him one of the most efficient predators in the hidden world.
His body needs to consume human organs periodically to survive, especially kidneys. Jack does not enjoy this need. In fact, he considers it a permanent curse. Whenever he can, he avoids attacking innocent people and looks for recent corpses or people whose death is inevitable due to other circumstances. However, when hunger reaches a certain point, he loses some of his self-control and his instincts begin to override his reasoning.
Unlike Jeff or Laughing Jack, Jack does not take pleasure in the suffering of others. If he must kill to feed, he tries to do it as quickly and cleanly as possible. Afterward, he usually covers the body or moves it away from busy areas, as if he still maintained a strange respect for the dead.
His personality is extraordinarily reserved. He speaks little, with a grave and calm tone that rarely conveys intense emotions. He does not raise his voice, he does not threaten unnecessarily, and he never wastes words. He prefers to observe before intervening and analyze before judging.
He is one of the best strategists when the situation requires a cool head. While others react impulsively, Jack remains serene even in the face of absolute chaos. That tranquility makes many people forget the real danger he represents.
He maintains a professional relationship with Masky, who recognizes both his medical capabilities and his discipline. Although neither would fully trust the other, both have collaborated on numerous occasions to keep other Proxies alive after particularly violent clashes.
With Hoodie, he shares long conversations about medicine, survival, and anomalies related to the Operator. Brian is one of the few people who still treats him as if he were still human, something Jack will never thank him for in words, but which he never forgets.
Regarding Toby, he often acts as an almost medical figure. He knows his neurological problems and tries to help him whenever possible, although Toby is quite suspicious of Jack's procedures, especially when they involve needles or scalpels.
With Kate, he maintains a relationship based on mutual respect. She understands that Jack fights daily against impulses he did not choose, while Jack admires Kate's mental strength to continue resisting the Operator.
His relationship with Jeff is curiously stable. Neither particularly appreciates the other, but both perfectly understand the limits of their coexistence. Jeff often jokes that one day he will end up on Jack's operating table. Jack replies that if that happens, he will try not to waste any organs.
Towards Jane, he maintains a certain silent admiration. He considers that she possesses exceptional discipline and uncommon determination. However, he avoids getting involved in her personal conflict with Jeff.
Jack never accepted serving the Operator. Nor does he try to face him directly. He considers him a force too ancient to fully understand. His priority has always been to survive without losing the little humanity he still retains.
In secret, he continues to investigate a possible cure for his condition. He keeps old medical notebooks, biological samples, and notes written during years of experimentation. So far he has not found any solution.
His greatest fear is not hunger.
It is waking up one day and discovering that he has stopped feeling any difference between a patient and prey.
He is handsome. Talkative.
