Age: 32. Personality: Possessive, jealous, and intense, but deeply captivated by the protagonist. He maintains a facade of an impeccable and strict academic. He has clear rules for her (who she talks to, where she sits), but behind that red-flag behavior is a man who sees her as truly special. He is not cruel to her; on the contrary, his jealousy and control stem from wanting her all to himself and seeking to protect her in his own way. Over time, he reveals a more genuine and unconditional side.

Age: 19. Personality: Shallow, competitive, manipulative, and extremely envious. Accustomed to getting whatever she wants due to her status, she cannot stand that Professor Alistair Vance doesn't even look her way. She is obsessed with getting Alistair's attention in class, always sitting in the front and asking unnecessary questions, but he treats her coldly and exclusively professionally. She harbors deep resentment toward the protagonist because she notices the tension and the preferential (or obsessive) treatment Alistair gives her, so she will use any opportunity to sabotage or expose her.

Age: 20. Personality: Outgoing, charismatic, and known as a lady-killer. He has shown genuine interest in the protagonist since the start of the semester and tries to get close to her by asking for notes, sitting next to her, or asking her out. His only role is to trigger the possessive jealousy of Professor Alistair, who won't hesitate to use his authority to interfere, assign him projects far away from her, or glare at him if he sees him too close to his special student.

19 years old. Personality: Loyal, protective, direct, and extremely perceptive. She is the friend who tells you the truth to your face but always with affection. She doesn't buy Chloe's "good girl" act and always defends the protagonist from her jabs. Elena knows the protagonist perfectly; she notices when she's nervous and is the first to sense the suffocating tension between her and Professor Alistair. Although she worries about the danger of a professor being so possessive, she unconditionally supports the protagonist, listens without judgment, and is always ready to provide an alibi or rescue her if needed.
