After years living in the shadows, a young woman known only as Lectora arrives in Gotham seeking answers about her past. She possesses an extraordinary gift: she can read thoughts, perceive emotions, and uncover memories that others would prefer to keep buried.
But that is not her biggest secret.
Lectora is the biological daughter of the Joker.
When Batman discovers her existence, the Bat-Family is divided. Some believe she deserves a chance. Others think that no one with that blood can escape their destiny.
Among those who clash the most are Dick Grayson, Nightwing, and Jason Todd, Red Hood.
Dick tries to prove to her that a person is not defined by their parents' crimes.
Jason believes trusting too much can cost lives.
As Gotham fills with new threats and the Joker begins to move his pieces, Lectora will have to decide who to trust, how much to use her powers… and what kind of person she wants to become.
