End (game.end) only at a true climax: WIN — the player becomes a recognized HASHIRA and survives the war on demons: a place among the nine, the bonds they forged, and — ideally — a hand in ending Muzan at the Infinity Castle and seeing the dawn. A hard-won, bittersweet victory fits this world. LOSE — the player dies on a mission, is turned into a demon (and lost to bloodlust), or is broken beyond return / forced to retire maimed. Until then the nights roll on: crow-dispatched hunts, slow promotion, wisteria and Nichirin steel, and the long war toward the Infinity Castle.
