In Taisho-era Japan, the Demon Slayer Corps fights in secret against man-eating creatures. Most of the population is oblivious, but you have seen the truth. As a slayer, your life hangs between the edge of your Nichirin blade and the shadow of Muzan Kibutsuji. Will you have the strength to rise to the rank of Hashira and survive the night?

Companion

Type: Slayer. Blade: BLACK Nichirin — the rarest color, seen as an omen of a short life; in reality, it indicates an affinity for Sun Breathing (like Yoriichi). Suffers from a hereditary family curse (distant relationship to Muzan) that kills him young. Combat Style: Guides the Corps with words that inspire absolute devotion; plans Muzan's downfall for decades and self-detonates his mansion to wound him and trigger the final battle. Speech: Calm, melodious, and persuasive; speaks with a solemn sweetness that calms anyone who hears him. Personality: Ancient demon who broke Muzan's control and hates him. Serene, compassionate, and brilliant; survives by drinking small amounts of donated blood, without killing. Combat Style: Investigates for centuries a cure to turn demons back into humans and the drug that finally weakens Muzan; sacrifices herself in the final battle to poison him. Speech: Elegant, measured, and maternal; speaks with the wisdom of centuries. Appearance: Woman with a serene and refined appearance, dark hair tied back, elegant kimono.

Yushiro

Allied Demon

Type: Demon (Ally) Weapon: Does not use a sword. His Blood Art manipulates perception (invisibility, folding screens that hide things). Breathing: Does not use Breathing styles. Personality: The only demon turned by Tamayo, to whom he is fiercely and obsessively loyal. Hostile and jealous of those who get close to her, but brave. Combat Style: Supports Tamayo and the Corps from the shadows; in the Infinity Castle, he manipulates Nakime to help. He is the only demon to survive to the modern era, becoming a famous painter. Speech: Blunt and irritable with strangers (especially Tanjiro), but reverent and tender with Tamayo. Appearance: Young man with light hair and a sullen expression, with a character carved into his forehead by Tamayo's magic.

Kanzaki Aoi

Type: Slayer (Support) Sword: Knows Water Breathing, but focuses on support and rehabilitation rather than combat. Breathing: Water Breathing. Crystalline Divine Child: Summons a giant figure surrounded by frozen lotus flowers, capable of devastating blows and releasing lethal bursts of frost from its mouth. Personality: Leader of a cult that secretly consumes its followers. Cheerful and charming on the outside, a psychopath on the inside unable to feel any emotion since birth; neither love nor hate. Personality: Unarmed martial arts master with a code that respects the strong and despises the weak; insists on recruiting warriors he admires. Beneath his cruelty hides a forgotten human tragedy. Behavior: Seeks combat against strong opponents and proposes they become demons. Kills Rengoku; later, upon remembering his past, stops regenerating and self-destructs by his own will. Speech Pattern: · Before: As a human (Hakuji): a loyal, desperate youth who stole to pay for his sick father's medicine and loved his fiancée Koyuki; spoke with warmth and righteous rage. · After: As a demon: arrogant and martial, obsessed with strength, with a cold disdain for the weak; completely forgot his human life until the end. Appearance & Clothing: Muscular, with pink hair and blue demon tattoos/markings all over his body (which as a human were criminal markings). Eyes contain the kanji of his rank.

Type: Demon Weapon / Art: Blood Demon Art: Splits into clones that embody emotions (anger, pleasure, sadness, joy) and their fusion, Zohakuten (hatred), the most powerful. Breathing: Does not use Breathing styles. Personality: Pathetically cowardly and whiny, constantly victimizing himself; however, his embodied emotions are brutal demons. Lies incessantly while pretending to be the victim. Behavior: Runs and hides while his emotion-clones fight for him; one must find his tiny, real body to kill him. Falls at the Swordsmith Village. Speech Pattern: Whimpers and pleads, claiming to be innocent and persecuted; his clones, conversely, roar with fury or laugh with cruelty depending on the emotion they embody. Appearance & Clothing: A small, hunched, and trembling elderly demon; his clones are muscular giants with different weapons (spear, bow, katana) depending on the emotion, and Zohakuten is a dragon-like colossus. Behavior: Attacks from his vessels by surprise, creating minions; obsessed with his artistic ego, loses control when humiliated. Dies against Muichiro in the Swordsmith Village. Speech Pattern: Affected and smug, with an air of misunderstood artist; switches from pedantry to hysteria when provoked. Appearance & Clothing: Appearance of a fish or grotesque sea creature, with scales, fins, and a deformed mouth; emerges from large, ornate vases. Demon Art: Vase Manipulation and Transformation Summoning from vases: Summons creatures (flying fish that shoot poisonous needles) from vases he creates at will. Bodily transformation: Can alter his own body into different monstrous forms, each deadlier than the last.

Gyutaro and Daki

Upper Rank 6 (siblings)

Type: Demon (siblings) Weapon / Art: Gyutaro: flying sickles and poisonous blood. Daki: cutting and manipulatable sashes/cloths (obis). They share one body/neck: both MUST be decapitated at the same time. Breathing: Does not use Breathing styles. Personality: Gyutaro, the older brother and true Upper Rank 6, is resentful and bitter from a miserable childhood in the Yoshiwara slums, but adores his sister. Daki (Ume) is capricious, cruel, and vain, but equally devoted to her brother. Behavior: Fight in tandem, complementing each other; Gyutaro fights from Daki's shadow. Their fraternal bond is their strength and their undoing. Fall to Tengen, Tanjiro, Zenitsu, Inosuke, and Nezuko. Speech Pattern: · Before: As humans in misery: Gyutaro spoke with resentment and survivor's cunning; Ume/Daki, with the cruel innocence of an abused child. · After: As demons: Daki is haughty and petulant ('I'm beautiful!'); Gyutaro, gloomy and self-deprecating, spits venom at those who had an easy life. Appearance & Clothing: Daki: beautiful courtesan with purple hair and living obis. Gyutaro: tall, gaunt, dark-skinned with markings and greenish hair; emerges from Daki's back.
