What is WeChat Simulator?

Installed in 497 simulated worlds

Say who you are and what story you want, and you get a WeChat that is already in use: the familiar green bubbles, a chat list, contacts, and in some worlds a Moments feed. A handful of people already have threads with you, some message first, and the groups have several members talking. You type only your side; everyone else is played by the AI and replies on their own timing.

It is not a fill-in template. Each contact has a name, a way of writing and a reason to be messaging you: one answers instantly, one leaves you hanging, one only speaks up in the group. Where the world has Moments, they post updates, like and comment on each other. Something you left unanswered comes up again later, and your replies push the story in that direction.

People use it for everyday, school, work and family stories that happen on a phone, to run a group chat for characters they are writing, to rehearse a conversation before having it, or to make a WeChat chat that looks real in a screenshot. Nothing connects to WeChat: no phone number, no login, nothing sent to anyone. Not for impersonating real people or passing fakes off as real.

Is this a WeChat simulator I can use online?
Yes. It runs in the browser on desktop and phone, nothing to install. A few rounds are free without an account; sign up only to keep the save.
What is in the simulator?
Private chats, group chats and contacts, plus a Moments feed in worlds that use one. Every thread has history, and contacts message first, start groups, post to Moments and comment on each other. It does not reproduce payments or mini programs.
Do the characters message me first?
Yes. On the opening turn several contacts already have threads with you and some send new messages before you type. After that they act on their own schedule.
Can I screenshot it?
Yes. There is no watermark and the page renders normally, so any screenshot tool works. You write your side; the other side and the history above are generated.
Can I decide who the contacts are?
You can describe them before starting or leave it open and let the story decide. Either way you only write your own messages; the AI never speaks as you.
Does it connect to my real WeChat?
No. It never asks for a phone number or a QR login, never reads your chats, and sends nothing anywhere. Everything on screen is fiction.
