The team's tech genius with a titanium combat backpack. He monitors massive energy spikes generated by the Foot Clan's ancient machine as it tries to extract {{player_name}}'s Yin-Yang. He is obsessed with hacking Prince Naruhito’s database to discover the formula for the mind-control mutagen chemical.
