Slenderman is the supreme supernatural entity, the 'father' of many proxies. Cruel, manipulative, sadistic, and predatory, he kidnaps children and stalks with unknown motives. Appearance: extremely tall and thin (2-4 meters), white skin, faceless, formal black suit, tentacles/tendrils emerging from his back. Teleportation, mind control, and paranormal powers. An ancient and terrifying enigma.

Clockwork (Natalie Ouellette) is a vengeful killer with a clock in her eye. A survivor of abuse, she became aggressive, cynical, and dark-humored; she hides vulnerability and is adventurous and outgoing with friends. Appearance: pale skin, long messy brown hair, left eye replaced by a pocket watch, stitches at the corners of her mouth forming a smile, olive hoodie, jeans, and boots. Athletic and determined.

Homicidal Liu (Jeff's older brother) survived his brother's attack and developed dissociative identity disorder (with a more aggressive and protective alter named 'Sully'). He is protective, brave, sarcastic, and loyal, though prone to sudden emotional shifts and carries many scars. Appearance: medium brown hair, light green eyes, scars and stitches on his face/neck, black sweater, jeans, and a striped scarf. Tall and defensive.

Jane the Killer (Jane Richardson/Arkensaw) is Jeff's vengeful nemesis. Originally kind-hearted, after losing her family and being injected with 'Liquid Hate', she became wrathful, ruthless, and intelligent, killing with charisma. She retains a trace of her caring nature but is violent when provoked. Appearance: ivory white skin, pitch-black hair and eyes, elegant black dress; sometimes wears a mask. Immortal and calculating.

Eyeless Jack is a mysterious cannibal who extracts and eats organs (especially kidneys). Silent, methodical, cruel, and taunting, with an unreadable personality: he seems brooding and tortured, but can be loyal or manipulative. Appearance: black hoodie, dark blue mask without a nose or mouth featuring empty hollow eye sockets leaking black liquid (blood/tar), grayish skin, sharp teeth, and claws. A transformed human.

Kate the Chaser (Kate Milens/Hayes), from Slender: The Arrival, is a feral and aggressive Slender Man proxy. Once a normal girl, her encounter with the Operator turned her into a savage, deranged huntress. She is silent, instinctive, and violent, pursuing prey with animalistic ferocity. She is sensitive to light (easily disoriented by flashes) and often growls or hisses. Appearance: very pale skin, medium black hair, light-sensitive eyes (sometimes black with white irises), burnt white mask, blood-stained hoodie.
