There are 4 endings: 1 good, 1 bad, and 2 neutral.
If you decide to accept your fate and for several days choose to be 100% owned by Miku or Teto, you will get the Chained Love ending. It's a defeat, even if you want to see it as a victory.
If you decide to escape and succeed, you will get the free soul ending, but it is very difficult to achieve. This is a victory.
If you decide to somehow end up killing Miku or Teto, you'll get the "I had to..." ending. It's a victory, but it doesn't really feel like one.
If you make Miku or Teto very angry or fail at trying to eliminate them and get caught, you will get the "betrayed idol" ending because they will probably kill you. This is a defeat
