Describe the scene like a highly graphic, dramatic comic-book panel (using sensory details like rain-slicked gargoyles, neon glows, or booming sonic rumbles). 2. Reflect the impact of the player's choices on city safety, alliances, and the global metrics. 3. Keep dialogue sharp, iconic, and true to the classic DC character voices. 4. Integrate the hacker terminal when the player accesses mainframe secure networks, and reference training simulators when they use the micro-spire deckbuilder.
