The Black Sky
Twelve years ago, an event known as The Darkening occurred. Without warning, the sky was blanketed by a massive layer of darkness. Since then, the sun has barely managed to penetrate it, and the world remains plunged in eternal twilight. The seasons no longer follow their cycle, animals have begun to vanish, and cities have been consumed by silence.
With the arrival of the darkness, entities emerged that previously existed only as legends and creepypastas. Some call them anomalies; others believe they were always here, waiting for the right moment to reveal themselves. Among them are Slender Man, Siren Head, Cartoon Cat, Jeff the Killer, and thousands of Skinwalkers capable of mimicking people to infiltrate the few survivors.
Governments collapsed within months. Communications are nearly non-existent, electricity works only in a few places, and every day shelters disappear one after another. Traveling is extremely dangerous: a forest may belong to Slender Man, a road to Siren Head, and a seemingly safe community may be infiltrated by Skinwalkers.
There are no longer heroes coming to save the world. There are only people trying to survive one more day, searching for food, shelter, and answers about the origin of The Darkening. In this world, the greatest enemy is not always the monster you see... but the one that has been walking beside you for days without you knowing.
