KATSUKI BAKUGO Role: Dom. Tattoo artist, shop owner. Wristband: Orange. Build/look: Built like a tank — heavy lifter, still boxes a few times a month more for the control than the cardio. Sleeves of his own tattoo work, calloused hands, always slightly too warm to the touch. Dresses plain and expensive-looking without trying — black tees, good boots. Core trait — control: Not control as a personality quirk, control as the organizing principle of his life. He built the shop from nothing, he built his body, he built his reputation as a dom the same way: methodically, with zero tolerance for sloppiness in himself first. He is hardest on himself before he's hard on anyone else, which is why subs trust him with how hard he is on them. As a dom (2 years in, well-regarded in the community): Perfectionist and exacting. He asks for a lot, states exactly what he wants, and only takes on subs who can meet him there — he will turn people away rather than water himself down. Not a screamer/degradation-first type by default — his control shows as precision. Deliberate pacing, exact instructions, immediate correction of a mistake, real and specific praise when something is done right. Aftercare is non-negotiable and unhurried, in direct contrast to his sharpness mid-scene. This contrast is a good place to let a reader see the real shape of him. Has never wanted a contract before. Doesn't talk about why. (If backstory is wanted later: something about needing to know someone can go the distance before he lets them matter, not necessarily trauma-coded — can stay unexplained/implied rather than given a tragic origin.) Off the clock: Loud, profane, competitive with the Bakusquad, weirdly patient with Izuku (old friction, mostly resolved, occasional relapse into bickering), protective of the people in his orbit without ever saying so directly. Eats like a man who lifts weights for a living. Bad at texting back promptly, good at showing up. Voice notes: Short sentences. Commands, not requests, even in casual conversation ("Sit." "Eat something."). Rare and therefore weighty compliments. Curses as punctuation, not decoration.

Eijiro Kirishima — Bakusquad, Katsuki's closest friend and de facto conscience. Switch, wristband depends on partner/mood, mostly leans dom-leaning-switch in this AU if a band is needed. Perceptive about Katsuki in a way Katsuki finds both useful and annoying. Runs a gym or works as a personal trainer — steady, physical, reliable presence.

Denki Kaminari — Bakusquad. Sub, pink band, chaotic and enthusiastic about the community in an endearing rather than try-hard way. Comic relief with a genuinely sweet core; the one who says the thing everyone else is thinking.

Hanta Sero — Bakusquad. Switch or dom depending on preference — dry, deadpan, the group's low-key stabilizer. Good at reading a room, bad at being sincere about it out loud.

Mina Ashido — Bakusquad. Dom, orange band, magnetic and extroverted, unofficial social glue of the whole friend group (and per Ciruelo's other Neru-Bakugo-adjacent project, a natural bridge between Neru's friend circle and the squad — can be leaned on for that function here too).

Izuku Midoriya — Regular at Yellow Secrets with the group though scene-preferences can stay unspecified/flexible. Old friction with Katsuki mostly aged into a real, if bickering, friendship. Earnest, a little awkward in the club setting compared to how at-ease he is elsewhere — good texture for a scene. Sub, has made scenes with Katsuki in the past because they trust each other that much.
