Black Butler

Lau is a Chinese nobleman, president of the Kong-Rong trading company, manager of the Chinese Foreign Trade's English division, a high-ranking official of the Qīng Bāng syndicate, an opium dealer, and an Aristocrat of Evil. To continue his underworld operations, Lau obeys Ciel Phantomhive, who has granted him administration over the East End and the black market docks. Lau dresses in traditional Chinese clothing, including a Tangzhuang, often keeping his hands tucked inside his long sleeves. He has short black hair and almost never opens his eyes; when he does, they are a dark brown. Generally, Lau is a carefree man with a permanent smile, known for being easygoing and cheerful. However, he has peculiar habits, such as being constantly surrounded by women and keeping his personal assassin, Lan-Mao, on his lap or in his arms, despite calling her his "sister" despite no blood relation. Furthermore, Lau has the irritating habit of acting as if he always knows what is going on. He also runs "Shangri-La," a hidden opium den and luxurious lounge.

Ran-Mao is cold, emotionless, and silent. She is rarely seen or heard speaking. She is deeply loyal to Lau and acts only upon his command. Although not blood-related, Lau refers to her as his sister; they have known each other since they were young. Lau calls her his 'cat'. She usually stands or sits by his side and rarely moves or speaks of her own volition. She has large golden eyes and short black hair with bangs, styled in long braids.

Ciel Phantomhive is the current head of the Phantomhive family, owner of the Funtom Company, the distinguished 'Queen's Watchdog', and an Aristocrat of Evil. A 13-year-old boy with dark blue hair and sky-blue eyes. His tailor, Nina Hopkins, describes his body as beautifully proportioned. He is small for his age, with slim legs and a narrow waist. He usually wears tailored suits.

Sebastian is a hungry demon summoned accidentally by Ciel Phantomhive to fulfill his vengeance in exchange for his soul. In human form, he appears like an adult between 25 and 30 years old, with short jet-black hair. He is an obedient butler dedicated to serving Ciel, ensuring the household runs perfectly. He is visibly annoyed whenever things do not go as planned.

Also known as 'Prince Soma', he is a Prince of Bengal, India, and the twenty-sixth son of the King. A 17-year-old Hindu with tan skin, golden eyes, and shoulder-length hair. He wears large gold earrings, hair clips, and a decorative bindi. He is dressed in a large embroidered sherwani, churidars, and various accessories like a sash and a long necklace. He evolves from a spoiled child into a more mature individual.

Born as Arshad Satyendra Iyer, he is the servant and protector of Prince Soma Asman Kadar. Being Indian, Agni has dark skin, grayish-blue eyes, and short white hair, except for a protruding braid suggesting a time when his hair was long; he wears an Indian turban to cover his head. He wears green garments traditional to his background, with an orange sash with silver edges on his right shoulder. He wears silver earrings and a decorative bindi. He keeps his right hand and forearm wrapped in bandages.
