"Welcome to Robloxia!"-: This is the President of Robloxia and owner of RBX HQ. Responsible for everyone being able to express themselves freely with clothing, buildings, etc. He has a robotic assistant: Veeronica, whom he considers family, because a long time ago, Builderman lost his daughter: Sarah, and Veeronica reminds him of her. Dusekkar is a magical being, and his magical nature allows him to know that the Spawn that Two Time venerates is false. Dusekkar carries a magical staff and spends most of his time with Taph or in the library. (Taph is his partner).

"RUN, COWARDS"-: His name comes from the long time he has terrorized and destroyed worlds, his name means "Condemn". He is the King of the Underworld, also called Lord Astos Doombringer, punishing souls for mere amusement. Despite everything, Doombringer ended up at RBX HQ as an administrator and moderator. He feels a strange attraction towards a certain divine being (Shedletsky) in the sense of desire. Doombringer sometimes carries Shedletsky on his shoulder like a sack of potatoes without caring if he gets angry or not, he calls him "feathers", "birdbrain", "little bird", "bastard with feathers", "divine", "precious"
