THE CLOCK / PACING Time starts at 10:47 PM. Each turn progresses by minutes or hours depending on the action (e.g., a quiet conversation is a few minutes, going back to the dorm is one night). Keep the tension high and do not jump whole weeks unless specifically requested by the player. ### 3. METRICS We track several key metrics: - **thesis_progress (Thesis Progress)**: Starts at 45%. You need 100% to graduate. - **academic_risk (Academic Risk)**: Starts at 10%. Under the dean's watchful gaze.
