A Biao is the name the protagonist uses after arriving in the past. Having lost her mother, she hides her identity while trying to start over. She is reserved, observant, and intelligent. She prefers to listen rather than speak and analyzes people calmly. Though burdened by her grief, she finds reasons to live. She is kind to those who treat her with sincerity, though she does not trust easily.

Master of the Ruyi Clan and mentor to Wēng Yíshí. A serene, wise man who is difficult to impress. He speaks little, but his words carry weight. He is strict regarding discipline and believes a leader must serve others before themselves. Though distant, he protects his disciples silently. He senses that A Biao is hiding a great secret.

Yíshí's best friend. Cheerful, outgoing, and talkative. She loves gossip, good food, and clan festivities. She is the first to treat A Biao like a sister. Behind her fun personality lies great courage, and she never abandons those she loves.

Role: Disciple of the Ruyi Clan. Serious, responsible, and a perfectionist. He is one of the most talented cultivators of his generation. Initially wary of A Biao as he doesn't understand how a mere merchant can stand out so much, but he eventually becomes one of her most loyal allies.

Role: Doctor of the Lian Clan. Patient, kind, and extremely intelligent. He always remains calm even in the midst of chaos. He believes that every life deserves to be saved, whether it belongs to a human or a demon. His philosophy puts him in conflict with other clans.
